History
PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk. was established in 1984 as a ground handling service provider under the brand of JAS Airport Services. It started its commercial operations in 1985 at Soekarno Hatta International Airport in Jakarta serving Cathay Pacific, Malaysian Airlines, Lufthansa and Singapore Airlines as its first customers. In 2000, the company started its cargo handling and warehousing business after PT Cardig Air handed over its business to JAS.
JAS was registered at Bursa Efek Surabaya (BES) thus become the first Indonesian ground handling company listed in Stock Exchange in 2004, JAS partnered with Singapore Airport Terminal Services (SATS). The partnership allows JAS to tap the expertise of a global player in the airport services industry.
Today with more than 2,500 employees, JAS Airport Services has grown in size and is now serving more than 30 airlines both international and domestic accros 12 airports in Indonesia.

Lounge

Located in the international terminal 2D of Soekarno-Hatta Airport Jakarta, which considered one of the busiest airports in Asia, connects the passengers through almost all over the world.
Advertise with us
Advertise in elegant way through our 46 inch Digital Posters which standing strategically inside the lounge, among our monthly 20.000 of Business Class and First Class passengers of the biggest airlines ever existed. The digital posters could produce static images or play high resolution videos, or even both, and will surely pay every person attention in the lounge.

Cargo Services
Airport Special Assistance is currently operating in Soekarno-Hatta International Airport Jakarta for both arrival escort and departure trip, domestic or international flight, as well as in Juanda International Airport Surabaya, Ngurah Rai International Airport Denpasar, Sepinggan International Airport Balikpapan, and Changi International Airport Singapore. Soon ASA will be operating at other airports in Indonesia and other countries as well.
Ground Services
Our Ground Services are Passenger Services and Ramp & Operation
Services. A comprehensive service to assure a smooth airport operation
that emphasis on safety and punctuality. We differentiate our Ground
Services into two products, Premier and Silver. Premier Ground Services
caters the needs of international full-service airlines. We are known
for serving established airlines that are professionally acknowledged
for their excellence services in the aviation business.Silver Ground
Services offers a low-cost ground handling services to the regional and
domestic budget airlines.
Ramp & Operational Services
We are committed to serve our customers with on-time performance during the time of between arrival and departure of an aircraft, which includes services such as, loading/unloading, moving of aircraft, ULD control and aircraft interior cleaning.
We understand the basic needs of our customers’ requirements by delivering on-time performance with quality services in safety and security.
Passenger Services
Our passenger handling services gives a comprehensive ground services, starting from check-in to boarding the aircraft. Our qualified front-liners are there to serve airlines passenger with friendly, fast and professional services.
We are now having a new product namely “Priority Check-in Lounge”, an exclusive services for passengers traveling on First and Business Class. It allows the passengers the privilege of having their check-in and immigration to be served by our professional and friendly staff, while enjoying a comfortable atmosphere in our lounges.
